Terms of Service
These starter terms explain how FeedFixer can be used and where responsibility remains with the customer.
Service Overview
FeedFixer helps analyze and improve product feed formatting, structure, and related diagnostics for Google Merchant and similar catalog workflows.
FeedFixer does not alter your source data unless using proxy mode, and any fixes are best-effort.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for the feeds, URLs, credentials, product information, and business data you submit through the service.
You agree not to use FeedFixer to upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or misleading content or to interfere with the service.
Results and Availability
FeedFixer provides analysis and tooling to help surface feed issues, but it does not guarantee Google Merchant Center approval, acceptance, ranking, delivery, or commercial performance.
We may change, improve, limit, or suspend parts of the service as the product evolves.
Fees and Subscriptions
Paid features, billing cycles, and plan limits are described in the product at the time of purchase.
Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable once the subscribed service period has begun.
Liability Limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FeedFixer is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or specific business outcomes.
FeedFixer and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, and total liability will be limited to the amount you paid FeedFixer in the 12 months before the claim.
